The Plunkett Foundation is an educational charity based near Oxford, which supports the development of rural group enterprise world wide. The Foundation draws on 80 years practical experience of working with partners from the private sector to promote and implement economic self-helf solutions to rural problems.

The Rural Action Zone (RAZ) is committed to promoting and building strong communities. The RAZ prides itself on the fact that it listens and responds to the views and opinions of the district's residents, whilst also listening and responding to the demands of central government and other organisations. The RAZ is the Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) for South Holland.
