| The operation of the Forum is overseen by the Operations Group (OG) whose role includes the consideration of financial and administrative matters, the provision of support to the EMRAF staff team, prioritising the work of EMRAF and managing the delivery of agreed outcomes and endorsing EMRAF activities.
The Operations Group meet at regular intervals and any decisions taken by the Operations Group are ratified at full EMRAF Forum meetings. The Operations Group meetings are usually chaired by the Vice Chair of EMRAF and are held at the Government Office East Midlands in Nottingham. Operations Group meetings are not open to the media or members of the public. |
